Just bring your wits, your sense of adventure, and an open mind. We recommend wearing clothing you can comfortably move in and making time for a bathroom break before starting your experience. If you use reading glasses, we suggest bringing those as well.
To immerse yourself fully in the experience, we prohibit the use of phones, smartwatches, tablets, cameras, calculators, and other electronic devices in the room. Anything you need to escape the room will be provided to you.
We provide safe and secure lockers to store your phones, bags, and other personal items while you plot your escape from the room.
Yes, we have plenty of free parking spaces just steps away from our doors!
On average, our rooms can each accommodate 2 to 10 players. If you have specific questions about a room experience, don't hesitate to ask us.
We can reschedule your experience up to 48 hours prior to your reservation time. Within 48 hours of the start time, a $25 fee will be charged. We cannot make any changes within 2 hours of your start time.
Due to the nature of our experiences, all bookings are non-refundable, unless you purchase Booking Protection.

When booking online, you will enter your Gift Card code in the Promo Code / Gift Card box during checkout. When booking over the phone, be prepared to provide the Gift Card code.
We ask that you and your party arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation. This will give you adequate time to complete the check-in process, sign waivers, brief you for your adventure, and use the restroom as needed.
If your party arrives late, the time will be deducted from your experience. We have to enforce this policy to ensure that each room is properly sanitized and reset between guest experiences.
We suggest checking traffic and planning accordingly to arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time.
You and your party have the room all to yourself! This means that the players you invite with your reservation are the players that will be in the room with you (so choose wisely).
We don't think so. While a few of our experiences may be suspenseful or thrilling, all of our experiences are family friendly. Regardless, we understand and respect everyone's individual beliefs and perspectives, so if you have specific concerns, please don't hesitate to ask.
Absolutely! We strive to provide a fun and safe experience. We work closely with local authorities to ensure each of our experiences meets or exceeds the strictest of standards. Our guest and employee safety is always our highest priority.
We allow players of all ages! However, we do feel that most of the escape games would be best enjoyed by players 5 and above.
Absolutely! Our rooms are created with accessibility in mind and we welcome all guests. Some puzzles may require some dexterity or mobility, but between your party and our trained staff, we've got your accessibility needs covered. Please inform our staff of any concerns you may have upon arrival.
None of our puzzles directly rely on audible cues. However, some staff provided hints may be provided audibly.
Given the nature of the escape experience, many of the puzzles, challenges, and clues are visually oriented. While visual acuity is not required to solve the challenges, individuals with impacted sight may need assistance from their party to describe the surroundings.
Many of our rooms require a cursory understanding English to decipher clues or riddles.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow emotional support animals or pets as they do not meet our training requirements. For the benefit and safety of our guests and your animals, we must ask that you leave your pets and emotional support animals at home.
